Great ideas often begin with a simple question: What if we could make things better?
For Meesha Shah, that question became the inspiration behind LimitDigital.
Growing up in a generation surrounded by smartphones, social media, and constant digital connectivity, Meesha recognized a growing challenge: technology was bringing people closer virtually while sometimes pulling them further apart in real life. She believed that children deserved a childhood filled with meaningful friendships, outdoor experiences, creativity, and genuine human connections—not one dominated by screens.
Rather than simply accepting this as the new normal, Meesha envisioned something bigger: an initiative that would help children and families rediscover a healthier balance between technology and everyday life.
That vision became LimitDigital.
As Co-Founder, Meesha brings the perspective of the very generation LimitDigital seeks to empower. Her vision is not to discourage technology, but to encourage young people to use it thoughtfully while embracing the experiences, relationships, and opportunities that exist beyond their screens.
Working alongside her father and fellow Co-Founder, Chirag Shah, Meesha helped shape the mission of creating awareness around digital well-being and inspiring positive change in families and communities.
Her commitment to making a difference extends well beyond LimitDigital. An aspiring physician with a strong interest in biology and healthcare, Meesha has gained firsthand exposure to patient care through internships and physician-shadowing experiences in ophthalmology and pediatrics. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and healthy childhood development.
She is also actively involved in youth mentorship, community service, school leadership, and athletics. Through these experiences, she has developed a strong belief that meaningful change begins with empathy, education, and the willingness to take initiative.
For Meesha, LimitDigital is more than a nonprofit organization. It represents her belief that young people do not have to wait until adulthood to become changemakers.
Her vision is simple: Empower a generation to take control of technology, rather than allowing technology to take control of their lives.
CHIRAG SHAH, Co-Founder
Embarking on a mission to reshape the digital landscape, Chirag Shah stands at the forefront as the principal founder and leader of our nonprofit organization. His journey with LimitDigital began with an unwavering passion and determination to ensure that the younger generation grows up with a profound understanding that life is more than just experienced through screens.
Chirag boasts an impressive 23-year career in IT management, having recently held leadership positions with Fortune 500 clients. His extensive professional journey includes a notable tenure of over nine years with IBM Global Consulting. Beyond the corporate world, Chirag is a versatile individual who finds fulfillment in playing tennis, exploring global destinations, enjoying quality moments with his children, and actively engaging in community service.
